This comprehensive 200-hour training will lead you through the inter-personal process of deepening your own practice while gaining in-depth insight into the teaching techniques, anatomical principles and philosophy of yoga.
It is designed for students wanting to become certified teachers, certified teachers wanting to deepen their knowledge, and students wanting to dive deep into their practice.
Begin with a weeklong residential retreat at Mayacamas Ranch in Calistoga, where you can unplug from the day-to-day grind and saturate in the flow of the ancient and transformative teachings of yoga. Follow through with three 4-day weekend modules over the next two months. Each module will include daily asana practice, lecture, and practice teaching.
This training will deepen your practice, and prepare you to teach yoga with confidence, skill and integrity.
