Mysore Style Yoga Class
Mysore style is a self paced practice following Ashtanga Yoga sequencing. Mysore practice is the name given to the style of yoga teaching developed by guru Sri K. Pattabhi Jois at his yoga shala in Mysore , southern India . Students of all levels from beginners to advanced practice side by side. This is one of the best ways to practice learning the sequence with hands-on adjustments from the teacher. Students are given one-on-one instruction from the teacher as they progress through a set sequence of postures, starting with the Primary Series and moving gradually into the more advanced series.
"Practice and all is coming." - Sri K. Pattabhi Jois
